For physical products, we aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days. Once your order is

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. To qualify, items must be unworn or unused, in
their original packaging, and include tags and proof of purchase. For more details on how to begin the

Any items purchased in November or December are eligible for return for 30 days after December 25th.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make things
right. Exchanges are available by returning the original item and placing a new order after your return
is approved.
For customers in the European Union, we also honor a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns for any
reason. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, though your bank or credit card may
